Occurs on Cainozoic and Mesozoic sediments, especially shale’s. Prefers lower slopes which is of concern. 10% is Eucalyptus siderophloia, E. tereticornis, Corymbia intermedia open forest on alluvial plains usually near coast which is also of concern. 10% is Open-forest of Eucalyptus fibrosa subsp. fibrosa Corymbia citriodora, E. acmenoides or E. portuensis, Angophora leiocarpa, E. major open-forest. Understorey often sparse. Localised occurrences of Eucalyptus sideroxylon. Occurs on Cainozoic and Mesozoic sediments. Major vegetation communities include: 12.9-10.19a: Open-forest of Corymbia henryi Eucalyptus fibrosa subsp. fibrosa, Corymbia citriodora, E. siderophloia, E. crebra. Occurs in coastal areas on Cainozoic and Mesozoic sediments which is not of concern.
Straight growing hardwoods include Blue Gum, Gum Top Box, Stringy, Spotted, Bloodwood and Grey Iron Bark.
This property is located on a quiet road 15km south of Rosedale and 50km north of Bundaberg.
