The income has been calculated using the appropriate calculator supplied by NDIS. The incomes change depending on type and size of dwelling, the number of participants, the Care levels required by those participants.
Leases and Management: The initial leases are usually 6 months to 12 months and then may be an extended amount of time. These people with disability like to reside in their “forever home” and if they are happy with their home they will stay for long periods of time. Management must be undertaken by a special licensed Management Company to NDIS Managements. Please request details for this.
