This transportable cottage is self contained with its own shower, 1 toilet etc.
It has recently had a new split system air conditioning and gas hot water service fitted.
Currently the home is situated in a caravan park, but it could be easily moved elsewhere on a tilt tray truck.

A copy of the Sustainability Declaration for this property can be requested by calling the office or call into the office to view the form directly.

Alternatively, upon an inspection of this property you will be shown the declaration form or should you be an out of town purchaser, we can also email a copy to you directly should you prefer.
