Here is one for the D.I.Y expert. Certainly there is a bit of work to be done here but the bones are excellent. A very large brick home with formal living and a huge rumpus room. A small office, very large outdoor area and separate double bay shed. The garden also needs some T.L.C but look at the potential. It is huge and only 11 mins from Sugarland.
