250 meters up the road from the general store you turn left into your property and disappear. Well not actually disappear but you could if you wished on this fantastic 40 acres of Australian bush. The property is approximately 239 meters wide by nearly 700 meters long so privacy is totally available. When you drive onto the land you travel down the right hand side of the block, the land rises from the front for about 100m and then heads down hill to a lovely seasonal creek; it then rises again to a nice ridge about 2/3rds of the way into the block. This ridge is where the current owner has cleared an area and put a couple of sheds, an outhouse, and shower room for his weekends away. If you continue about another 200m past this ridge the property falls again to a good sized dam. An electric pump supplies water from this dam to the camp sight if you have a generator to supply the power. The Tavern is about 1km away, Flat rock and Rules beach are 10 to 15 minutes drive and boat ramps are within a few minutes. Bundaberg is approximately 80km to the south and Gladstone about 90km to the north.
