25 minutes north west of Bundaberg Total area is 206.8 Ha (approx 510 acres) 70% of the property is made up of Sandy loam soil the balance is ridge of rocks, stone and gullies are still covered with vegetation the balance of country has been open grazing country. 2 boundaries of the property are the Kolan River.
