Now this is something different.
The land constitutes 1/2 acre but on two separate titles. The shed is 9m x 15m fully self contained and council approved. The unit is a bed sitter, also fully self-contained, but the builder went broke before the council approval was obtained. The shed is on one title, while the unit is on the other title. The unit has a compositing toilet, while the shed has a septic tank.
This is located down by the creek in what was the old industrial estate, but is now zoned rural residential. So this is the quiet end of town, with grazing land across the creek. The 2011 flood did not reach this block, but the 2013 flood did. The shed had some water in it, but the unit did not. That is why it is priced so cheaply.
