There is something about this house that reminds me of my grandparents.
It is located on a corner allotment opposite a dairy farm. Both adjoining neighbours are not visible due to a single lock up garage on each of the adjoining boundaries. Your privacy is assured, though you live in town.
The cottage is offering two bedrooms at present. It also has a large entry room which could convert to a study, reading room, studio or whatever. The kitchen opens onto a large dining room, which i suspect was the third bedroom once upon a time. The bathroom is large but only offers a shower; no bath. There is a toilet inside the house, and another in the laundry out the back.
Now look at the price again. This was going to hit the market at $165,000, but the owners felt that the kitchen was due for replacing at probably $15,000. So they have dropped the price to $150,000. The kitchen is workable, so if you leave it as it is, you have just saved $15,000.
Don’t be fooled. This is the best priced value in Yarraman and it will not last long.
