What would you do if you had 215 acres of mountains and valleys with no neighbours and about 1 km of deep fresh water frontage?
What if I told you that the only access in has a locked gate 2 kms back, so no-one can bother you? Plus there are wild deer roaming through here all the time, and some of the flat areas around the water are visited by wild pigs, and the wallabies abound, and the swans swim, and the birds wake you up in the mornings, and you are in a koala habitat area.
The road in is quite good. There is one section which needs some fill and then you would get a car and caravan in without any trouble. The land is virgin scrub, so the only improvement is a garden shed. The vegetation map is mostly coloured, but you have three white areas where you can do what you like.
You will need to book an appointment to view because you need me to unlock the gate.
About a 2 to 2.5 hour drive from Brisbane. Only about 3 kms of dirt road, but it is good dirt road.
