This is a grey nomad multi-pack. I just made up that term. What it means is that the amount of sheds on this 8 acre block lends itself to several grey nomads putting in together and using this as a base that they all could stay at together. You have a look at the photos and work out how many vans you think you can get into these sheds. But beware … at this price a Brisbane-sider will snap it up for their weekend retreat.
The newer barn would be 20m x 9m at a guess. Then there is the 15m x 6m zincalume shed with a kitchenette and toilet, lights, power, workshop, etc etc. And then there is that great monstrous lean-to/carport thing off the side.
Oh yeah; there is eight acres too, with a summer creek that runs through the block in summertime.
Now look; at this price there is going to be something missing. The northern fence has been pulled down. This really is just a weekender, it is not a residence.
