This could be a very attractive block if you are prepared to slash the grass and tidy it up. Has a weekender Zincalume shed with an old stove and not much else inside. The best features are town water and power already connected. There is also a garden shed and the block appears to be fenced but I have not walked the boundaries to check their condition. The block has nice views and is fairly private and only 5 minutes to Nanango on a mostly sealed road.

Just take a look at the adjoining properties and you can see how nicely this one would come up.
