This home has been lovingly renovated to suit the character of the occupants. The house is charming, and the owners are charming.
All the living spaces are at the front of the house, allowing you to entertain up the front, and preserve the privacy of the bedrooms up the back.
The lounge offers reverse cycle air conditioning, and a fireplace, and ceiling fans, and access out onto an eastern patio. The kitchen is big, modern and airy, and you really need to see it to appreciate it. The bathroom is difficult to describe, so you will have to see it to appreciate it, too. The bedrooms are private and all have ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom doesn’t have a built-in robe, and is tucked away from the others. It would make a good study or sewing room.
The lawns are immaculate and well fenced in. There is a caraport with a workshop to the side of the house, but if you don’t have a caravan you might close this in for a bigger workshop, or teenage retreat, or whatever.
This is the tidiest house in the street, so I am keen to show you through.
