Super Big and Super Stylish

This 2008 Coral home is deceptive, because only when you walk through the front door do you realise that it’s a big family home, with large living spaces and 4 bedrooms plus a very large study or 5th bedroom if required. Your inspection will reveal

- 3 large living spaces, with the huge family and meals area being open plan to the kitchen. Then there is the large separate formal lounge, which is big enough for formal dining if required, and features speakers set into the ceiling. The really clever part is the rumpus / TV room which is also separate and gives the kids their space to make lots of noise (and mess), while you have your own space and nobody loses out.

- The kitchen is large and stylish as you can see in the pictures. That corner pantry can swallow heaps, while you have excellent bench and cupboard space and that stainless steel gas cooking range; 5 burners and an electric oven. As you would expect there is a stainless steel dishwasher and the fridge space is excellent. Again, no compromises here.

- The master bedroom yes, it’s big as well and the walk-in robe, behind the mirror doors is simply huge. You might even fit his as well as yours in there!

- The other bedrooms all have built-ins as you would expect and the study which looks to the front of the property really is big (oh wow! said our photographer when she saw it). Our owners wanted a large study so they got one. However as a bedroom it would work exceptionally well lots of room for free standing robes and you would STILL have a large room.

- Bathrooms there are two as you would expect the main family bathroom plus the en-suite for the master bedroom (which incidentally is set away from the other bedrooms) and both are suitably stylish.

- Moving outside, you’ll find a large covered entertainment area. Equally welcome is the built-in BBQ at the side of the entertainment area and if you want a pool, well the owners have thought of that as well and deliberately positioned the house to allow room. You’ll find an illustration in the photos of what they envisaged and even obtained a quote. So if a pools on your list, they have done the hard work for you and back yard access would be simple.

So all the hard work has been done for you and it’s perfectly positioned for easy access to schools, shops, family day care and parks. However the pressures of work mean that our owners must now relocate closer to Brisbane, so this lovely home is here to be sold. A unique combination of size, style location and price that will reward an early inspection.
