The vendors have ploughed approximately 1700 acres and successfully established Silk, Bambatsi, Euracloa, Rhodes, Wynn cassia, Burgundy Bean, Snail Medics and Oats.
The red softwood and grey loamy soils are very quick to respond to small falls of rain. Areas of heavier black soil band with Mitchell grass and winter annuals. The country has a gentle undulation running into fertile river flats on the 10 kilometre frontage to the Warrego River.
