Hillsborough is an established cattle property that is well situated, well developed and is carrying an abundance of feed with a secure water supply. It is located 15km east of Ravenswood, 80 south west of Ayr and 115km from either Charters Towers or Townsville.
The property is close to meat works, sale yards, clearing dip, live weight scales and live export depots. All coastal, central and southern Queensland markets are on the doorstep of this property.
The alluvial flats are timbered with Ti Tree/ Gum running into Iron Bark ridges and ranges. It carries a body of Black Spear, Indian Couch, other native grasses with Secca and Verano stylo’s throughout.
