This house has foam walls which is a technique common in the USA which results in extraordinary insulation properties. Really good for cold climates and works well in sunny Queensland as well. Excellent for noise reduction as well even though the location is so quiet anyway.

There are about 7 other houses close by, making up this small bushland community. The closest access to water is about one kilometre to the east and Sandy Beach is two kilometres away. The Supermarket and Jetty are six kilometres North.
