The outlook to the NE would have had water glimpses previously and may again from the verandah of a high-set home when future building reduces the number of tall trees blocking the view. Just 5 minutes on bitumen to the shops & jetty and only 2 minutes to the all weather boat ramp on Wahine Drive. At 589m2 (23+perches) it’s hard to find better.
