The block is located on the exclusive north eastern tip of the island, just 500m from the scenic grounds of the Yacht club. The main business and shopping areas, the public water ferry jetty, main boat ramp and the school are about 3.0km, with the RSL club 2.3km away.

Description:
A cleared and gently sloping block with great views of Canaipa Passage and North Stradbroke Island. A soil test was carried-out on the site on 23.6.1998 indicating permeability of 0.18m/d. The soil is red clay which great for gardening.
