New Beith Forest Estate is a quality acreage estate being developed by the same family who’ve tendered the land for over a century.
Richard Tyson Wilson and his wife Cecilia were the original selectors and pioneers of New Beith taking up selection in 1884 of a portion of the present existing holdings.
Cecilia named the area New Beith after Beith near Glasgow, Scotland. The district has now been officially named New Beith on Shire maps. A major part of New Beith is in the Wilsons holdings.
Over the years the family property has been involved in the timber industry and cattle grazing. This connection has been an inspiration in naming the streets in the area.
Sales, maintenance and construction at New Beith Forest Estate are all run by the family directly to ensure our purchasers a quality acreage property at an affordable price.
