It’s Sunday morning – late. You wake to a view of the Brisbane River. It’s an active view. The city cat zips past and people are out and about on this gorgeous Queensland day.

You walk downstairs to the kitchen. You contemplate cooking up a gourmet breakfast within your kitchen which is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample cupboard space.

It’s your friend Aimee waiting downstairs on the Skyring Terrace entrance. She suggests you get downstairs and accompany her for a leisurely breakfast at Station 8. You quickly agree and take the lift down from your 6th level apartment.

Station 8 is a 2minute walk away and is always buzzing with excitement and atmosphere. You peruse the menu. The Station 8 Big Breakie and Thick Cut Fruit Toast with Melted Butter automatically jump out at you. Aimee reminds you of your commitment to Bodywise Gym which is conveniently located around the corner from your apartment. You opt for a healthy yet delicious serving of poached eggs on rye.

Back at your apartment you walk in the door you glance to the right and see your bike which you have temporarily stored in the Multi Purpose Room. You remind yourself about your idea to turn the MPR into a shelved library. A library would also make a great feature when guest first enter the apartment. It has moved to the top of your to do list……. you will get on it as soon as you have completed your daily regime of 20 lengths of the W4 heated indoor pool.

SNAP! Your eyes open suddenly. You look around. Gone are the fashionable Donavan Hill designed surroundings, the modern feel and the overall content feeling. You are back at your old apartment. Sadly you realise was all a dream.

The red digits on the clock read 11.00am. This leaves you just enough time to get to the Open Home of Unit 606 / 16 Skyring Terrace W4!
