At Calm for Kids, we believe that teaching relaxation techniques through yoga early in life sets children up on a lifelong path to health, happiness and balance, with valuable tools for managing overall health and wellbeing in daily life.

INCOME STREAM

Currently Calm for Kids have 10 schools running after school classes in the Brisbane area, with the potential to run 5 more from next term with contacts within schools. The opportunity is there for you to run the classes yourself (or perhaps with a business partner), or, engage contractors to facilitate the classes for you.

Program training manuals are in place to train instructors Australia wide. Calm for Kids have started training dedicated individuals in the Calm for Kids classes providing income through training. Ten people have taken the Calm for Kids training thus far. In our projections it is foreseeable to have 50 instructors throughout Australia by the end of 2013.

Income will be derived from the instructors being trained to advertise their timetable on the website and through the instructors purchasing the Calm for Kids class plans to use in their classes. Current turnover does not include this additional income.

Sale of childrens relaxation CDs and Books to parents, educators and instructors

Calm for Kids currently run four Educator Professional Development workshops per year in Brisbane. This number could be increased and there are enquiries for in-house training with teachers. Workshops could be facilitated outside Brisbane and throughout Australia
