Instructions to get to the land are as follows

Left off Cox Peninsular Rd onto Darwin River Dam Road

About 4 Kms then Right onto Meade Rd

About 700 Metres then Left onto Mira South Rd,

About 7 Km then Left onto Spencer Road

About 1 Km, then Right onto Peacock Rd.

At the end of the bitumen on Peacock go left and follow the dirt road.

This soon feeds onto the old rail corridor road, and go right along that dirt road.

At about 6 Km you’ll see a tyre with Upsn downs written on it.

Turn right and follow the track about 1.2 Km to the block.

This is the South West corner of the block.

Auction Information

The UCV Is $123,000, and there is interest in the property. I expect there will be a reasonable reserve price set and that this land will sell at the auction.
