The Business

The aQuafillngo Brand is sold under License to approved Licensee’s.
This License gives you the right to operate the machines and also confers certain obligations upon aQuafillngo (aquafillngo.com) as your Licensor.
You must first purchase a License to operate an aQuafillngo agency for a minimum of five machines at a cost of $75,000.
Five machines is the bare minimum required to achieve the economies of scale required to successfully operate an aQuafillngo water station vending business.
A small License fee based on a percentage of monthly turnover is payable to aQuafillngo as the Master Licensor for Australia plus a small set machine fee.
As your Licensor we remain actively involved in your business by doing the following:

1. Assist you to find sites for your machines and to re-site them when necessary
2. Provide the remote monitoring services.
3. Ensure that other Licensee’s do not solicit a site from an existing Licensee
4. Invest money in spare parts to ensure minimum downtime.
5. Provide completely maintained machines to cover fault and breakdown and provide ongoing technical support for them.
8. Provide unlimited free telephone support for Licensees.
9. Provide marketing and advertising templates for the use of Licensees
10. Provide a free site selection service to Licensees to assist them to identify sites that are generally good or generally bad based on other figures being achieved by other Licensee’s on similar sites.
11. Provide and update site agreements to be used with site owners.

The Water Station

Cleaning and Maintenance

The aQuafillngo water Station is equipped with a state of the art inbuilt cleaning system. In fact it has a two stage cleaning system.
The main water reservoir is sterilized by UV treated water every three minutes and the dispensing nozzle is sterilized before and after every fill.
The system set to automatically operate a regular cleaning and flushing system.
Even though the inbuilt cleaning system is particularly effective, it is recommended that a manual clean of the machine take place at least once a week.
During a regular service, an operator will be required to do the following:

1. Check gauges for correct operation.
2. Manually clean the outside of the unit and vending chamber
3. Clean the dispensing faucet
4. Collect the money
5. Every 4 month change 4 filters.

The regular (once weekly) service should take around quarter of an hour.

The Cash

The money collected by the machine is stored in the cash box, Note Reader or by smart card.
The aQuafillngo water station also has another vending industry first designed to protect the money from third party servicemen and site owners.
The cash box, note reader and coin mechanism are all fitted to a lockable panel (two locks) which can only be accessed with the key.
This means that an operator can give a machine key to a site owner without giving them access to the cash collection systems panel.

You will be required to attend each of your machines once per week for approximately quarter of an hour at a time for cleaning.
Our recommendation is that you sell each a chilled refill for $1 and an ambient bulk refill for $0.45 per liter. With the site covering water and power that gives 100% profit
