Great Mackeral Beach is located 50 minutes easy drive north of Sydney CBD and is located on the Western foreshores of Pittwater directly opposite Palm Beach.

Access is by water only; 7 days a week via ferry, water taxi or by your own boat. Boats can be moored in the bay at Mackerel.
