Yarramie Cottage (formerly Rocky Cabin) is a part-restored 1920′s stone cottage. It is a unique and interesting little gem, with metre thick walls to keep you cool in the summer, and a sun deck (in need of replacing) with district outlook across the tree studded Mackerel Beach valley.

This part of Pittwater is still largely undiscovered; privacy is the key word to describe this truly special hideaway. And the white sands of Mackerel Beach are only a 5-10 minutes walk from the front door; sublime.

This lovely old property has been part-renovated and styled to preserve the best of local architecture by local architect Stephen Lesuik. The hardwood timber kitchen surfaces are surrounded by thick, locally milled sandstone walls.

This is the perfect escape for a couple looking for a getaway offering gorgeous nearby beaches, unlimited trail walking, wildlife viewing, beautiful sandy coves on Pittwater, or exploring the many special elements this part of Sydney offers. But maintenance work on the house is required.

Yarramie Cottage is a truly unique property specifically designed for intimacy and privacy.
