Gore Hill’s Technology Park is 5 mins to crows nest and a $155 million high tech office development offering 70,000 SM metres of bright new A grade office space currently under construction. Obviously aimed at large 1000+ sqm users the Technology Park will attract significant world class corporate uses in the technology sphere.

The spin off from Gore Hill Technology Park, in particular, will increase demand for less significant space for smaller software developers and technology providers.
