What the owners love about this home:

The street is leafy, quiet and friendly. The whole house has a very sunny and peaceful disposition. It’s spacious yet low-maintenance and great for entertaining. We have made the most of the backyard, literally using it at least twice a day, and it is very family friendly for small children.

It is located close to the bus stop with a short train from Strathfield station to the city. We love being close to restaurants, cafes and so many major shops (Rhodes Waterside, Lidcombe Shopping Centre and DFO), including more shops opening soon at Wentworth Point. We are close to parks, bike and walking tracks, the Armoury and Blaxland Riverside Park. Our local park, Blankers-Koen, is scheduled to get an upgrade with more play equipment which a new family will really enjoy!

All in all, it is a great area and a wonderful home which we are so sad to be leaving!
