I dream of a peaceful life… I’d love a Lake Albert location on five acres. Set back off the road with established trees and the tranquillity of a rural location… I want to be no more than 10 minutes from the centre of town and he wants to be five minutes from local shops and schools. The house would be full of character with enough space for family living and entertaining! In my dreams the kitchen has Caesarstone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, pot drawers and pantry. There would be open plan family living and dining, a tv room or study area for the kids, huge rumpus room and lovely lounge (for my time out…) I won’t settle for anything less than a large laundry! There has to be walk-in storage and nothing less than two bathrooms. Add to this an inground swimming pool, large bedrooms with built-ins, auto watering and reverse cycle heating and cooling and then… I think I’d be happy!
