SITUATION: 38kms east of Moree via Gwydir Highway, 6kms north-east of Pallamallawa.

AREA: Approx 213.7 ha (528 acres)

COUNTRY: Generally consists of soft chocolate to black alluvial creek flats along Mosquito and Nunga Nunga Creeks which join up on the property. These flats then rise to some lighter chocolate to red country on the north western end of the property with one small timbered ridge on the north eastern side. Timber consists of Brigalow, Belah, Gum and Wilga with some Box, Ironbark and Pine on the high country.

Cultivation consists of approx 300 hectares.

WATER: Water holes along the creeks plus 2 bores equipped with submersible pumps and motors, 3 dams.

RAINFALL: 650mm annual average.

FENCING: Boundary is mostly plain and barbed wire with some hinge-joint.
