SERVICES:

Mungindi is a town of approximately 500 people on both sides of the Barwon River. It is serviced by 2 primary schools providing education to Year 10. There are two cotton gins and grain handling facilities 60kms away at Thallon, Queensland and 20kms away at Weemelah, New South Wales.

The town has basic shopping amenities but has two large rural outlets in B&W Rural and Landmark. The town is well known for its social activities which attract numerous visitors. Moree is located 120kms away providing a wide range of shopping and rural amenities. St George is a similar distance to the north and Goondiwndi is 150kms to the north east.

COUNTRY:

Generally level flood plain country with deep black alluvial self-cracking soils. Long frontage to the MacIntyre River which forms the northern boundary. Boomengera Creek and Crooked Creek runs through the property. A small sand ridge takes up a section in the centre of the property where most of the improvements are situated.
