Location: “Brooklyn: is located approximately 65km east of Moree and 40km west of Warialda . Access is gained via the Gravesend/Terry Hie Hie Road which is an all-weather gravel road.

Country: The land comprises gently sloping to undulating red and chocolate basalt soils with intrusions of lighter soils in the hillier country. Originally timbered by Brigalow, Kurrajong. Box, Ironbark and some Pine. Approx. 970 ha of arable country with the balance grazing.
