“Lynton Downs” is a grazing property situated 14 kms North East of Gilgandra. Ther soils are sandy loam with 500 acres arable. The country is undulating with 900 acres of green timber. Permission is available to clear some of the timber. Pastures consist of Ryegrass, Clover and Native Grasses. The property is able to carry 300 ewes and 15 head of cattle.
