Situated just west of the city of Orange in Central NSW, this is one of the oldest established horticultural production and retail outlets in the region. It is widely known and strongly supported by both local residents and tourists alike occasionally daily attendances exceed 700 people who either purchase direct from the stall or pick their own direct from the orchard. The stall is fully equipped with recently updated cool rooms, packing shed and shop front, whilst the orchard includes a wide variety of trees and berries which provide a large percentage of the annual shop turnover. These plantings include various varieties of apples, plums, cherries, apricots, figs, nectarines, peaches, blackberries and boysenberries. A fully licensed irrigation system supports the entire operation. In addition to the retail sales, the business has also attracted a significant number of regular wholesale clients. The vendors have owned and operated the business since 1990 and as they are now approaching retirement they have decided that it is time for someone else to continue the operation and development of this popular enterprise. Inspections are strictly by appointment with the agents and subject to completion of a confidentiality agreement, a more comprehensive information memorandum will be made available at that time.
