The massive dam represents a great water asset. It is fed by 5 springs and has been stocked with trout fingerlings over the years and provides a pristine envionment for healthy trout. The dam has been known to provide important back-up water for the area in these times of drought.
The land is pasture improved, accessable and free of weeds. It has not been subject to any agricultural chemicals apart from general weed spraying for a period of more than 20 years.
The property is located approximately 11 kms from Sunny Corner, it is a 35 minutes drive from Lithgow and 45 minutes from Bathurst.
