However, this may be varied down to a minimum of 900sqm, provided that the proposed lots are suitable for on-site disposal of wastes. Please note that this plan is currently under review, and is subject to change. Under the Draft Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environment Plan 2008, the absolute minimum lot size is 1500sqm, provided that the proposed lots have sufficient area for on-site water storage and effluent disposal.’
