Ooranook Park, Bemboka is prime grazing land with a character cottage.
The property is located at the base of the Brown Mountain.
The land is approximately 700 acres, it’s beautiful mix of rolling hills and some steep country which backs on to the National Park.
Approximately 500 acres is cleared land.
Water is in abundance from natural springs and creeks traveling through the property and there are two dams on the land.
There is also a fully operational shearing shed.
The granite stone cottage, built in the early 1900′s doesn’t have power but could be made into a lovely camping hut with views for miles.
