In this coastal village of less than 50 houses there is only one property with a 270 degree outlook to the ocean and beach. It can never be built out. It is on Point Upright, so named by Captain Cook, and it perfectly reflects the views from this property which is a corner block with a 40 metre frontage to the ocean and 18 metres overlooking Depot Beach itself. It has a land size of 733 square metres.
The village is in Murramerang National Park, protected from development, with the beach and ocean also protected as part of a Marine Park.
The upper level of the property features three bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining room combined, and a living room. All rooms have ocean views and have access to a covered verandah. There is also a bathroom on this level. The lower level features a double garage, seperate laundry, shower and vanity.
