That was our first thought when we viewed this home and “street appeal” is just the start to the features that this Maclean family home is offering.

In support of the overall presentation, it is a home that reflects quality of construction. The owners have recognised the location required an individual design to satisfy their family needs, comforts and lifestyle. Importantly the design must maximise the aspect and the beautiful river and valley views.

Upon entry it becomes immediately apparent that “spaciousness” was a requirement, this characteristic has been carried throughout. Large windows and doors connect the outdoor entertaining area and introduces natural light and “that view” to the central, dining living and kitchen. This combination of space and vista sets the mood and expectation of a relaxed and agreeable lifestyle.

“Retreat” comes to mind as a position for the master bedroom and bathroom facilities. The opposite end of the home incorporates the three other bedrooms all with more than adequate storage. The bathroom design considers family use by separating some of the facilities and ensuring privacy. An under-storey double garage is access by an internal staircase. The grounds are partly fenced and natural sandstone features are a highlight in the back garden. At the price, this home is very worthy of a thorough inspection.
