House has two large rain water tanks operated by pressure pump into the house.
Property features established gardens including; Camellias, Staghorns, Orchids, and many other species.
Also featuring 2 crystal clear creeks – one which originates in the neighbours property next door. According to the owner, this creek has never dried for as long as they have owned the property. This creek has the possibility to be pumped from when necessary.
