There is also another room that could be used as a bedroom or a private study… Most intriguing is the tiled garage area that is big enough for 2 cars and can also be used as a well lit studio or children’s Rumpus room. Beside this is the tranquil pergola filled with ferns and fountains.

While Sunhouse is unique, Casuarina has its own special flavours, for instance, it has a large beautiful and often vacant stretch of beach accessible through pathways of coastal forest. All along Casuarina’s beach forest, is a winding 4 kilometre pathway. Also Casuaurina provides parks, a fitness centre, large pools, tennis courts, local award winning restaurants and a very handy convenience store.
