This light, open and airy cafe, licensed for 60 people, is just meters away from Belongil beach. It is located on the ground level of Belongil’s newest premises, ‘East on Byron’ and is only one kilometre north of Byron CBD. The cafe occupies a total of 222 square meters, which includes 106 sqm indoor space and 116 sqm for the outside area. The cafe has gourmet display counters, fitted timer shelves and large refrigerated displays. Large glass doors open to the outside areas. The outside areas, a veranda and courtyard, have natural landscaping of rocks, water and timber and offer a coastal habitat feel. Figures available upon request.
