Fully licensed restaurant in the popular lakeside suburb of Warners Bay. Seating capacity is up to 55. Functions would allow for up 70 patrons and with outdoor seating for around 20.
The current business operation is a mongolian grill with a unique (second largest) bbq in the front window for visual cooking and show manship. The owner also has created a second menu of sushi which can be pre-orederd and delivered.
The floor area is approximately 150m2 with a lease til April 2010 and a further 5 year option.
