2. Site Works and Foundation: Site set out, Excavation, Site works, Formwork and Slab.
3. Termite Protection: Exposed edge slab, House Perimeter, Physical barriers.
4. Timber Frames: External wall studs at 90mm, Internal wall studs at 70mm and Roof trusses engineered design.
5. Plumbing and Drainage: Standard plumbing connection to hot, cold water, storm water, sewerage and gas, external taps, downpipes and water tank.
6. Metal Fascia and Gutter: Selection of fascia and gutters to choose from and selection colours
7. Brick Work: Wide range of bricks to choose from and natural mortar
8. Roof: Concrete roof tiles and selection of colours.
9. Insulation: Insulation to all external, internal walls and ceiling.
10. Internal lining: 10mm-13mm gyprock to walls and ceiling, Villaboard to wet areas.
11. Skirting and Architrave: 68mm skirting and 42mm architrave.
12. Flooring: Choose between tiled, timber and carpet.
13. Kitchen: Polyurethane kitchen cabinets, 20mm stone bench top, stainless steel appliances and fittings, tiled or glass splashback.
14. Bathroom: 900mm polyurethane vanity to ensuite, 1200mm polyurethane vanity to main bathroom, ceramic basin, mirror to ensuite and main bathroom, Flam-less shower screens, dual flush toilet, metal towel rails, toilet roll holders and soap holders, floor to ceiling height tiles.
15. Landscape: Standard colour driveway, Grass area, pathways, letter box, clothes line and Boundary fencing
