The main building is about 26 years old comprising a portal steel frame workshop with a brick faade constructed on a reinforced concrete floor. External cladding is pressed metal. Vehicular access to the workshop is provided through two separate door openings each 3.5 metres wide by 4.3 metres high.
The workshop floor is a clear open area with a maximum clearance of 4.3 metres. Fitments include 8 (overhead) suspended Mercury lights, mounted fluorescent lights and numerous power outlets. There is three phase power supply with 40 amp loading capacity.
Staff facilities include a kitchenette/crib room and male & female toilet (4m x 8.8m). There are also office facilities across the width of the workshop (84 square metres).
The size of the main building is 15m x 37m (555 square metres).
There is also a workshop extension adjacent to the rear of the main workshop. This is also of steel construction and is 12m x 13.6m (163 square metres) in size.
In compliance with Muswellbrook Council’s trade waste policy the owners have installed a drainage pump and waste recycle facility.
The site provides sufficient space for approximately 24 vehicles plus visitor car space.
Boundary Fencing is constructed partly of pressed metal and partly cyclone mesh with barbed wire.
