- A large machinery shed easily accommodates two vehicles, with ample room for tools, workshop or animal feed.

- All buildings are in excellent condition, being less than 10 years old. Mains grid power, 160,000L capacity water tanks and in-ground sewerage system make property maintenance a breeze.

- The property is situated just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Dungog just off the well-known Fosterton Loop. The Williams river provides a delightful picnic & swimming spot just 2km from the property.

- The 100 acres of land consists of several cleared paddocks, natural woodland and pockets of rainforest. Abundant wildlife includes wallabies, koala, deer, quolls, wedge-tailed eagles to name a few!
