I am not even going to try and sell this place to you, just come and take a look. The house is bigger than what it seems from the outside, the gardens are better than what the photos show and I can’t put into words how sensational the land is.
If you are a good judge of acreage property you will fall in love with this place. Just over 3 acres of well drained fertile land, a sundrenched Northerly aspect, lovely outlook, and the added advantage of a crystal clear stream meandering its way through the back of the property. The property is totally suitable for carrying horses due to the fertile land, available water and well drained soil.
There are several other features that need to be mentioned including the quality and style of the home, it’s not the biggest or grandest home in Matcham but I reckon its one of the best. The pool is just stunning and there is a modern steel frame shed that fits perfectly into the landscape. Michael Cook designed the gardens, they are that nice that you could charge newlyweds to have photos taken there.

My parting words on this one are quite simple and that is to say that I don’t care if you don’t buy this place because someone else will!!
