Commercial Sheds For Lease

The goods and chattels are stored at the sole risk of the storer, and no claim for compensation will be made against the owner for any wilful damage, theft, deterioration, or loss of goods, caused by an Act of God, accident, flood, storm, fire, tempest or nuclear explosion or any other means. The storer will be responsible at all times for insurance of the goods and will be responsible for their security.
