The restored Queenslander is high at the northern end of a private beach of six houses.
You can see the ocean from every room, hear the ocean as you fall asleep.

The house is furnished. Just bring your crockery, kitchen utensils, and linen.

On the street side, enter the house through lattice doors that lead up to one of three covered verandahs.
A multi-purpose entry room leads to a dine-in sized kitchen with walk-in pantry, 70cm Smeg gas/electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, table and stools.
The large living/dining room has sideboard, piano, sofa, comfortable chairs, and red-cedar coffee tables.
There are three bedrooms, two queen, one double, all with quality mattresses – all with ocean views.
The bathroom has delft blue tiles and century-old deep bathtub. Louvres look out to the ocean. (As a bonus, there’s also a hot and cold screened outside shower.)
An enclosed verandah, accessed from all bedrooms, has uninterrupted ocean views and serves as a study or work area.
Three new powerful air-conditioners cool the house; however, the east-facing house with high ceilings is cooled by the south easterlies!
The hundred year old pine flooring has just been fully restored.
Laundry with modern washing machine is downstairs.
There is ample under-house parking for two cars. A lock-up store room is provided for tenants’ gear.
Large garden is mowed monthly at owner’s expense. Tenants are asked to water some plants.
