- Not to leave any pet food out that cattle may get access to due to bio security laws.
- The rental property access is limited to the entry driveway and the immediate fenced area adjacent to the rental dwelling. No roaming of the farm land allowed.
- Tenants will only have access to the areas within the boundaries drawn on aerial photos. No access is allowed to any parts of the block outside this area.
- 600 metre all weather gravel driveway does not suit low clearance vehicles.
