wardrobes, ceiling fans and vanity units. There are a large
open plan combined dining/kitchen (alfresco area), separate shower/toilet bathroom, and a separate downstairs laundry area, (shared with owners); Own washing machine required.
There is ample on street cul-d-sac parking available at the
front of the property. The flat has front and back security
doors, a private fully fenced rear garden, with covered back
landing, leading to back garden, shared laundry and
swimming pool deck areas. The flat with it’s own private
security doors entrance is upstairs, attached to the owner’s main dwelling. The property is located in a quite cul-d-sac,
not far from the Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre.
The flat accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two
persons only, with their own furniture. Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children, pets or smokers.
References are required and a long term minimum rental
(6-12 months ) is preferred, together with payment of
security monies and weekly rent bank transfers, (initially paid two weeks in advance).
Weekly rent of $350.00 includes all reasonable power and
water usage bills, but does not include WiFi, telephone or
internet usage.
